ASTREEA ONE+ GDPR CONSENT FORM
Organizer: Astreea SRL
Purpose: To process personal data for participation in the Astreea One+ Test Ride and Giveaway, as well as for related communications and interactions with Astreea SRL during EICMA 2025 (4–9 November, Milan).
We collect your personal data (name, email, phone number, country, and optionally your photo/video) for the following purposes:
- Managing your test ride registration and participation
- Administering the giveaway and contacting the winner
- Sending follow-up information about Astreea products and promotions (only if you consent below)
In addition, photos and videos may be captured during the event for documentation and promotional purposes. By accepting this GDPR consent, you also acknowledge and agree to the collection and use of such photo and video materials in accordance with our Photo and Video Consent.
Your data will be securely stored by Astreea SRL and not shared with third parties except as required by law.
Data will be retained for up to 12 months after the event and may be deleted earlier upon request.
