ASTREEA ONE+ GIVEAWAY — OFFICIAL RULES

Organizer: Astreea SRL

Purpose: To administer and communicate the terms and conditions under which the Astreea One+ Giveaway takes place at EICMA Milan 4-9 Nov.

Organizer: This promotion (“Giveaway”) is organized by Astreea SRL, headquartered at Street 601 no. 53 317235, Pecica, Arad County, Romania, in connection with the Astreea One+ Test Ride Experience at EICMA 2025.

1. Eligibility

Open to individuals aged 16 or older who participate in the Astreea One+ test ride at EICMA 2025.
Employees, representatives, agents, distributors, and business partners of Astreea SRL or its affiliates are not eligible to participate.
Participation is free of charge and no purchase is necessary.

2. How to Enter

To participate in the Astreea One+ Giveaway, each entrant must complete the mandatory social media post described below.

Additional activities are optional and will grant extra entries to increase your chances of winning.

Mandatory Entry — Social Media Post (1 Entry)

Post a photo or short video/reel featuring the Astreea One+ scooter on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok.
Include the hashtag #WithAstreea and tag @astreea_official in your caption.
Your post must be public and remain visible until the giveaway winner is announced.

This action unlocks your participation in the giveaway and grants 1 entry.

Bonus Entries — Increase Your Chances

	*To qualify for the extra entry, reviews must include at least one to two full sentences that describe your genuine impressions — entries like “It’s nice” or “It’s cool” unfortunately won’t count.

Only one action of each type is permitted per participant.

An “action” refers to a qualifying activity that grants additional entries to the giveaway, such as completing the registration form, submitting a written review, or sharing a video review.

Each participant may perform each action once to receive the corresponding number of extra entries.

All entries must be completed by November 9, 2025, at 18:30 (CET) to qualify for the draw.

3. Prize

One (1) Astreea One+ electric scooter (the winner will choose the preferred color from our standard or optional color packages).
Approximate retail value: € 3500.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
Delivery: The prize will be delivered free of charge within Europe and the United States to the winner’s confirmed address. For winners located in other regions, delivery options and potential shipping costs will be discussed individually after the winner is announced.
Delivery Timeline: Shipment of the prize will begin after January 15, 2026.
Astreea reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries by December 5, 2025.
The draw will be conducted under the supervision of Astreea representatives, and the decision will be final and binding.
The winner will be notified via email or phone within seven (7) days of the draw.
If the winner does not respond within ten (10) days, Astreea reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

5. Liability & Safety

Participants take part in the test ride at their own risk and must follow all safety instructions provided by Astreea staff.
Astreea SRL shall not be liable for any accidents, damages, or injuries occurring during participation in the test ride or giveaway.
Astreea is not responsible for any lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries due to technical or human error.

6. Privacy & Use of Content

Personal data collected during registration will be processed in accordance with Astreea’s Privacy Policy and GDPR Consent and applicable data protection regulations.

By participating, entrants grant Astreea SRL the right to use their posted photos, videos, and reviews for promotional and marketing purposes — including publication on Astreea’s website and social media channels — without additional compensation.

Participants retain ownership of their content but agree to grant Astreea a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use it for promotional activities related to the brand, as detailed in the Photo & Video Consent Policy.

7. General Conditions

Astreea reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if circumstances beyond its control make such action necessary.
Any attempt to manipulate or fraudulently enter the giveaway will result in disqualification.
Participation in the giveaway implies full acceptance of these Official Rules.

8. Governing Law

This promotion is governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union. Any disputes arising from participation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Romanian courts.
